Download Monitor by The Nexus Pivot is a local-only MV3 download lifecycle monitor for Chrome. It keeps a privacy-first record on this device, with URL paths, query strings, referrers, and local directories redacted by default.
Availability: distributed through the Chrome Web Store after Google review. The store page shows the current installation status.

Details are opt-in
Full details can be enabled only by explicit opt-in for future records. Existing redacted records are not silently expanded.
Bounded history
Choose a local history limit from 500 to 5,000 records and clear the monitor logs when you want.
Nothing hidden
The manifest prevents the extension from being enabled in Incognito, and the code also rejects Incognito-marked downloads. There are no analytics, ads, telemetry, remote code, or upload; outbound connections are blocked by policy, and exports happen only after a user action.
