Common Questions
Why is my PDF rendering slowly?
Large or complex vector-heavy PDFs may take longer to render. PDFPivot processes everything locally on your device's processor to ensure your privacy.
Where are my annotations saved?
All annotations, highlights, and bookmarks are saved locally on your device. We do not sync your files to any cloud server.
Where are exported documents saved?
PDFPivot normally saves exported files in Downloads/PDFPivot. Source files remain in their original location unless you explicitly save or export a new copy.
Why does PDFPivot request access to files?
Storage access lets PDFPivot find compatible documents across your device and organize them by format. You can revoke this access in Android settings, but device-wide scanning and some direct file workflows will stop working.
How do I restore PDFPivot Pro?
Open the Unlock full version dialog from the File menu or an upgrade prompt, then choose Restore. Use the same Google Play account that made the original purchase.
Is paid access a subscription?
It depends on the platform. On Android, PDFPivot Pro is a one-time Google Play purchase with no recurring charge. On iPhone and iPad, Remove Ads is a one-year auto-renewing App Store subscription — it renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you can cancel any time in your Apple account settings.
How are refunds handled?
Payments, receipts, and eligible refund requests are handled through Google Play. For purchase-status problems, include the app version and Google Play order ID in your support message, but never send payment card details.
